Chief Musician has taught and trained many how to play instruments, teach vocals, produce music, make beats, and to help guide their gifts and talents to improve their skills. To help them understand what the work of music is meant for, the importance of execution, how to approach the instruments, how to apply it, how to use it, understanding the art of music, understanding how to perform and how to create a presence and atmosphere of music to resonate in the hearts. They are given basic fundamentals, music theory, instructional training, demonstrations and tutorials to help them achieve, play on a professional level and become successful.
